By accessing, browsing and/or using Ignite Fintech Ltd and its Group of companies (“Ignite Fintech”) website, or any applications including mobile applications made available by Ignite Fintech Ltd (together, the “Platform”), however accessed, you agree to be bound by these terms of use (“Terms of Use”), which may change at any time without prior notice. Any analysis or transformation of data provided herein is made by Ignite Fintech and shall not be attributed to the respective authorities or its statutory bodies. These Terms of Use affect your legal rights and obligations. If you do not agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use, do not access or use the Platform. Access to the Platform Except as otherwise noted in the Platform developed by Ignite Fintech, all content and material including information, photos, podcasts, blog posts, graphics/charts, icons, code, design, and overall appearance are the property of Ignite Fintech (and its affiliates) and should not without our prior written consent; be used, modified or reproduced. All the intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets in the Platform are owned by Ignite Fintech. Neither these Terms of Use (nor your access to the Platform) transfers to you or any third party any rights, title, or interest in or to such intellectual property rights, except for the limited access rights expressly set herein. Scope of Service Ignite Fintech provides an online platform whereby users and/or companies are able to open a bank account to perform online transactions globally or other services (“Services”). All services which include but are not limited to banking services and card programs are provided by the respective licensed financial institutions in the respective jurisdictions. Our international exchange rates are always derived from the most current information available from our reference rate provider and usually the mid-market exchange rate. However, Ignite Fintech does not verify or guarantee the timeliness or accuracy of all rates provided on the platform. We may change our reference rate provider from time to time without providing advanced notice to you. There may be inaccurate information collected due to sudden changes in market conditions or other circumstances within a short time. We are not held liable for any form of inaccurate information presented. Please be assured that we are doing our best to ensure that our rates remain competitive at all times and should there be any case of unforeseen circumstances, please do not hesitate to email info@ingenioushaus.com so that we can assist you as soon as possible. Ignite Fintech has the right to refuse any form of account opening or perform a cancellation of account at our sole discretion for any cause without giving reasons for the rejection/refusal/cancellation. The reasons for the cancellation or rejection may be due to the below: 1.Breach of Terms of Use 2.Trade or economic sanctions, embargo, prohibitions in regulations, fraud or theft (or indication or suspicion of fraud or theft) 3.Suspicion of criminal activity or suspicious ordering 4.Services not available or no longer made available by the Vendor 5.User providing inaccurate, erroneous or misleading information 6.Issues with credit card electronic communications, information or transactions 7.Refusal of user to provide information, displaying inappropriate behavior, threats, insults, refusal to provide information, practical impediments, communication difficulties or breakdowns, history of breaches of these Terms 8.Placed on any “blacklists” or “watchlists” by government or international organization Ignite Fintech reserves the right to delete or remove the account of any user of the Platform temporarily or permanently at any time. Removed users shall not attempt to use the Platform using other names or through other users. If found, Ignite Fintech can terminate the user's account at any time immediately. Ignite Fintech’s Responsibility You hereby agree that Ignite Fintech is not responsible or liable for any losses or damages incurred as the result of any dealings. If there is a dispute arising between participants on this site, or between users and any third-party vendors, you hereby understand and agree that Ignite Fintech is under no obligation to become involved in any form of dispute. In the event of a dispute with one or more other users or third parties, you hereby release Ignite Fintech, its holding companies, subsidiaries, directors, and employees from any form of claims, demands, and damages of every kind arising in any way related to such disputes. Termination Notice Due to any reason, without notice, Ignite Fintech reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time which may result in a forfeiture associated with your access to the Platform. Should there be any form of breach in the Terms of Use, Ignite Fintech has the right to suspend the user's access to all Services immediately without prior notice or liability Upon termination of your account, your access to the Platform will immediately cease and you will lose access to all Services and benefits where applicable. If this Terms of Use is terminated as a result of your breach, Ignite Fintech reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding vouchers you may have purchased before said termination, without refund or liability to you. Closure or deletion of account If you're encountering any issue on the Ignite Fintech platform, you may refer to our customer support team at info@ingenioushaus.com. In the event you wish to close or delete your account you may do so through the platform at any time by following the steps below: •Tap on the Settings button on the top right of the main page •Select Profile •Scroll down to Actions and tap Close Account After taking the steps to close/ delete your account, it will first be deactivated within 2 business days. You will receive a notification from us once your request is successful and you will no longer have access to your account. After an additional 30 days, your account will be permanently deleted. This means that your account, account settings and other data in our main user database will be deleted. We may retain some personal data for certain legal, security, and business needs as per the Terms of Use, Privacy and Cookies Policy which you have accepted at the point of account creation.
